Businesses that reward their staff by way of incentives will also find the Skibbereen Town Voucher to be much appreciated. Under the Revenue Commissioners’ “Small Benefit Exemption” scheme, employers and employees can benefit from a reward of up to €500 in value completely tax free each year. This is exempt from Income Tax, Universal Social Charge and employee & employer’s PRSI. Skibbereen Town Vouchers are an ideal way of using the Small Benefit Exemption to reward employees Tax free, even if the employee is receiving other Taxable benefits, whilst helping support the local economy. Usage of a Skibbereen gift Voucher constitutes your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:
- Skibbereen & District Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of this voucher at any time without notifying the holder.
- Vouchers are valid for 5 years only from date of purchase.
- Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the holder, Skibbereen & District Chamber of Commerce does not accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost or mislaid, protect them as you would cash.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Cash refunds are not permitted.
- Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. To ensure ultimate flexibility it is best to purchase in small denominations.
- If a participating outlet becomes liable to make a refund this is entirely a matter between you and the participating outlet.
- Vouchers bought online will be posted to the address provided, currently only within Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- There is a charge of €1.50 per order. Please allow 10 working days for postal vouchers.
- Vouchers bought at participating retailers must be paid for in cash only.
- Minimum gift voucher value is €10.00.
- Vouchers are available in €10.00 Euro denominations only.
- They are pre-paid vouchers issued only by Skibbereen & District Chamber of Commerce.
- Vouchers may not be resold.
- Vouchers defaced in any way will be invalid and will be refused by the outlet at the time of purchase.
- Data collection and use are subject to the privacy policy.
- Specifically, data is only collected for the purposes of completing or supporting an activity, namely the voucher purchase. No other use is made of the collected personal information, and is never passed to third-parties without permission.
- Voucher may only be redeemed in participating retail outlets as per website. This may vary from time to time. It is up to each individual retailer to send updates for their listing on the website. Skibbereen & District Chamber of Commerce cannot be held responsible for content that is out of date.
- Complaints; If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service offered please contact the Business Administrator by emailing [email protected]
- Skibbereen & District Chamber of Commerce will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between the participating retailer and voucher holder.
