About Skibbereen Chamber of Commerce

Skibbereen, the centre of West Cork, is a busy, vibrant and colourful commercial centre offering a huge variety of goods and services. Skibbereen Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary organisation whose motto is ‘working together for the future of Skibbereen’. We are an umbrella organisation made up of local business representatives to promote the economic and social development of our community in order to make it a better place in which to live, work and do business.

What we do:

• Continually evolve Skibbereen & District as a better place for business
• Promote Skibbereen & District to a wider audience, West Cork-National-Europe-Global
• Provide you with a voice to influence what should be said/done on behalf of your business and town
• Provide you with a ‘toolbox’ to help strengthen your business i.e. networking, advice & training (practical seminars & training programmes based on local demand)
• Guest Speakers
• Website & Member Directory – to advertise your business and promote ‘member to member’ business
